JMKoontz Studios offers two styles of prop weapons for safe LARP combat.

The Living Fantasies line are custom designed ultralite weapons built with a core of kite-spar and bladed with either 3/8 inch thick camp foam for bladed weapons or 5/8 inch pipe insulation foam for hafted weapons. These weapons are extremely light and well balanced for games with lightest touch and hit location based systems.

The Heavy Warrior line are built for games with heavier combat systems. Built for strength, these weapons are constructed with 3/4 inch pvc cores surrounded by 5/8 inch pipe insulation foam. Less realistic looking than the Living Fantasies line, these weapons are designed for taking punishment in heavier combat games, yet nonetheless, can be customized to suit your aesthetic needs.

Blade tips and large striking surfaces (such as axe blades and mace heads) of both weapon lines are constructed from open cell foam for added padding and safety.

Ordering Instructions

Below you will find the general weapon types offered as well as the sizes and pricing information. While I prefer doing custom designs, extremely complicated or materials intensive designs may require some additional cost. In such case, work will not begin on your weapon until a fair price is agreed upon and payment is received.

Please email me, using the Contact link to the left, detailing the weapon that you would like. Once your order is received I will get back to you concerning shipping and any additional costs. Once a fair price has been agreed upon, and payment received, I will begin work on your weapon. You will be notified as soon as it is completed and has been shipped.
